We had 1 oral and 5 posters from ICO and similarly we had 13 oral and 12 posters presented from students of Lotus College. This was an excellent platform for exchange of research information between the students of both the countries.

The day was concluded with a cultural evening with students putting up excellent dance shows not only from each school, but also a few combined dance shows. It was an overwhelming experience to watch the French and Indian students perform on Bollywood numbers.

Multiple other activities such as special lectures by the French teachers for our faculty and students on dispensing and a Mumbai city tour on Sunday  26th February was planned for the students.

The event was concluded by a closing ceremony on March 2, 2012, with presentations by representatives of both schools capturing the learning of the past two weeks.

We wish to thank Sighsavers for supporting this through Mumbai Eye Care Campaign, Visionsolidev, and the various local organizations with whom the eye camps were conducted and Hoya, Singapore for supporting the local transport of the group to campsites.
